On March 24, 2008, Timothy Stone, 33, was one of four victims found murdered in a top-floor apartment at the Tree Top Apartments on High Meadow Lane in Charlotte, North Carolina. Stone, along with Cherilyn Crawford, Andrew Babyak, and William Royster, was shot in a crime that shook the local community. Three of the victims were found in a bedroom, and one was in the bathroom. The crime went unsolved for over a decade until 2019, when Dominick Daise was arrested and charged with the murders after ...
