Special Agent Gregory W. Spinelli, born on March 8, 1949, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, was a 24-year-old Caucasian male when he tragically lost his life on March 15, 1973, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was an FBI agent who had joined the bureau in 1970 as a Physical Science Technician and later became a special agent in 1972.
