On a tragic Monday afternoon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the vibrant local hip-hop scene was dealt a heavy blow. Inside a recording studio near 31st and Cameron, 33-year-old Quentene E. Williams, a key figure in the city's rap community known by his stage name "Funny $Money," was shot and killed on August 17, 2026. Williams was not alone; with him was 21-year-old Dequaiseon D.
