Leopoldo M. Vela, a 57-year-old man, was fatally shot on October 31, 2016, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred at approximately 10:35 a.m. at Los Tres Portillo’s Centro de Envios/Corona Jewelry, a store that also served as a precious metals and gems dealer and a grocery store, located at 1401 S. 7th Street on the city's Southside.
