On the evening of August 2, 2026, a burst of gunfire shattered the calm of Huckleberry Trails Park in Ruston, Louisiana, leaving 20-year-old Ramon Moore IV fatally wounded. The incident, which also resulted in an injury to 18-year-old Jeremiah Freeman, stemmed from a dispute between two groups that had arranged to meet at the park.
