Shaun Whitchett

Shaun Whitchett, a 46-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of July 6, 2026, outside a liquor store in the Parkchester section of the Bronx. At approximately 8:12 p.m., police were called to the area of 1503 White Plains Road, near Archer Street, after reports of gunfire. Officers found Whitchett suffering from a severe gunshot wound to the head. Emergency personnel rushed him to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
