On the evening of June 5, 2026, the life of 27-year-old Idarrious Iantron Bowie was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Brandon, Mississippi. A former standout football player for Morton High School, Ole Miss, and Jackson State University, Bowie was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 100 block of Adams Road in northern Rankin County.
