In the quiet community of Manning, South Carolina, the evening of Saturday, June 13, 2026, was shattered by a discovery that would soon become a homicide investigation. Deputies from the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a home on Tara Lane, near the shores of Lake Marion, around 11:45 p.m. following a report of a suspected suicide.
