Javon Loquann Smith, a 22-year-old resident of Manning, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2020. Smith, who was affectionately known as "Chewy," was found with an apparent gunshot wound to the chest on High Hills Lane in Manning. The Clarendon County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene. Smith was a vibrant young man with a passion for basketball and music, and he was known for his infectious smile and kind heart.
