On December 18, 2024, 23-year-old Skylar Anthony Julian McKenzie tragically lost his life in a hunting accident near Manning, South Carolina. McKenzie had joined two other individuals who were duck hunting in the area. Unbeknownst to them, he arrived unexpectedly, and during the course of the hunt, he was mistakenly identified as a deer and fatally shot with a shotgun.
