In the quiet, late-night hours in Manning, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made that shattered the peace of the community. Just before midnight on a Sunday in January 2025, Clarendon County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the Arlen Road area.
