In the quiet town of Manning, South Carolina, the life of 35-year-old Charles Lee Cumming Jr. was abruptly and violently cut short on the evening of November 6, 2018. A self-employed handyman known to his loved ones as a father of four with a passion for music, Cumming was at his residence on Paxville Highway when he was fatally shot.
