A teenage boy's life was tragically cut short on a Philadelphia basketball court in the spring of 2026. The sounds of a dispute, followed by a barrage of gunfire, echoed through the West Oak Lane neighborhood on the evening of April 7th, leaving 13-year-old Amir Aker dead.
