Ramir Porter, a 29-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. At around 5:30 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 3900 block of Priscilla Street, where they found Ramir suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
