On the evening of April 21, 2026, the life of 22-year-old I'sis Garza was tragically cut short in Odessa, Texas. Police responded to a call about a gunshot victim at the High Plains Apartments at approximately 7:30 p.m. and found Garza unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.
