Drevon Mixon, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot late on the night of April 21, 2026, at an RV park along Louisiana Highway 1 in Grand Isle, Louisiana. Mixon was originally from Panama City, Florida, and had been a longtime resident of Cameron, Louisiana. He had recently become a father and was remembered by relatives as a devoted fiancé, son, brother and new parent whose sudden death devastated his family.
