In the spring of 2026, a wave of violence shattered the peace of a North Tulsa neighborhood, leaving tragedy in its wake. On March 31st, 75-year-old Moesly Livingston, a ride-share driver, was tragically killed while working. In the backseat of the car sat 29-year-old Carlissa Harris, who also lost her life in the violent encounter.
