In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of Keandre Mincy, a 30-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On May 30, 2021, Mincy was discovered in the street, having been fatally shot. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted an investigation by the Tulsa Police Department as they began to piece together the events that led to the shooting.
