In what was supposed to be a prearranged sale of marijuana, 30-year-old Deven Mays was fatally shot in a robbery that went wrong in northwest Las Vegas on the evening of March 30, 2026. The tragic event unfolded at an apartment complex near West Ann Road and Interstate 11, leaving his wife injured and their family shattered.
