In a remote area of Nevada City, California, the life of 45-year-old Jeremy Norton was cut short by gunfire on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The Nevada County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call around noon reporting a shooting in the vicinity of Yellow Pine Lane, off Graniteville Road. When deputies arrived at the secluded location, they discovered Mr. Norton deceased from a gunshot wound.
