Pedro Hernandez, a 19-year-old Latino man, was tragically shot and killed on June 26, 2010, in Compton, Los Angeles. The incident occurred at a party in a vacant house on South Locust Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Hernandez got into an argument with another individual at the party. During the altercation, a third person intervened and shot Hernandez in the head. Authorities believe that Hernandez had consumed nitrous oxide (NOS) and was acting erratically at the ...
