Benito Garcia, a 42-year-old man, tragically lost his life in an unprovoked shooting incident in Panorama City, Los Angeles, on December 27, 2021. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Garcia was standing on the sidewalk in the 13900 block of Saticoy Street when he was approached by a suspect involved in a verbal dispute with another individual.
