Hovanef Papazyan, a 73-year-old resident of Van Nuys, Los Angeles, was tragically killed on October 29, 2017. The incident occurred in the Valley Glen area, specifically on the 6700 block of Greenbush Avenue. Papazyan was outside his home when he was approached by an unknown assailant who produced a handgun and shot him multiple times. The shooting happened around 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning.
