Steven Munoz, a 12-year-old boy from Los Angeles, was tragically killed on October 12, 2008. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the Los Angeles Convention Center. Steven was standing with a group of people when several Latino males, described as having shaved heads and wearing gray shirts and black pants, exited a car and opened fire on the crowd.
