Francisco Fuentes, a 27-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on June 21, 2017, in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant located in the 7900 block of Van Nuys Boulevard.
