Angel Serna Mancilla, a 27-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2013, in Los Angeles, California. Mancilla was shot in the El Sereno neighborhood, as confirmed by the Los Angeles County coroner's records. The incident occurred late at night when Mancilla was purchasing food from a taco truck.
