Jose Pedro Salazar, a 31-year-old resident of Norwalk, was fatally shot in San Bernardino, California, on September 7, 2020. The incident occurred in a house on the 700 block of South Meridian Avenue shortly after midnight. Salazar was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances leading up to the shooting and the motive behind the violence over the Labor Day weekend were not immediately clear.
