John Sheehy, a 22-year-old student, tragically lost his life on September 27, 1990, during a harrowing hostage situation at Henry's Pub in Berkeley, California. The incident began when Mehrdad Dashti, a 29-year-old Iranian-born man suffering from schizophrenia, entered the pub armed with three pistols and 445 rounds of ammunition.
