In Raleigh, North Carolina, on the evening of April 13, 2026, a dispute turned fatal, ending the life of 27-year-old Terrance Quarles. The incident unfolded around 5:30 p.m. in the 3800 block of Thelma Street, where police responded to a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Quarles suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be too severe, and he was pronounced dead.
