Xavian Jeremiah Graves, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2016, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Graves was found with multiple gunshot wounds at a hotel located on Capital Boulevard. He was immediately taken to WakeMed, where he was later pronounced dead. The incident occurred around 8 p.m., and a witness reported seeing two individuals running down the stairs of the hotel shortly before discovering Graves' body in the third-floor stairwell.
