Sulayman Necros Blue, a 49-year-old man, was killed on March 20, 2026, in Greenville County, South Carolina, in what authorities say was a homicide inside a room at the Budget Inn on Bruce Road. That Friday afternoon, Greenville County dispatchers received a call around 2:30 p.m. reporting a shooting at the motel, and when deputies arrived they found Blue suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
