In the early morning hours of Wednesday, February 25, 2026, the life of 31-year-old Tyrone Gantt of Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short in Fort Washington, Maryland. Prince George's County Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 2:35 a.m. in the 9500 block of Livingston Road, near the Hunters Mill Center shopping area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Gantt lying on the ground, having sustained gunshot wounds.
