Matthew Cedric Bovell, age 26, was shot and killed on April 7, 2012, in Fort Washington, Maryland. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 6:57 a.m., when officers found Bovell lying in the driveway of a home on the 7300 block of Webster Turn. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
