Thomas Smith Jr., 16, male, was shot on the night of May 27, 2025, in Fort Washington, Maryland. Around 9:35 p.m., officers in the area of the 5500 block of Haras Place heard gunfire and discovered two teenagers outside an apartment building in the 5200 block.
