On a cold Saturday afternoon in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, the life of 32-year-old Leticia Velez was tragically cut short. On January 31, 2026, police responded to reports of a shooting at the Spring Hollow Apartments on East 3rd Avenue around 3:15 p.m. When they arrived, they discovered a grim scene. Inside one of the apartments, Velez and a man, identified as 33-year-old Tyrelle Dwayne Manley Sr., were both found deceased.
