On August 7, 2024, in Ronks, Pennsylvania, 47-year-old Ann M. Sellers was found deceased alongside 32-year-old Kyle D. Heagy in a residence on the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway East. Responding to a welfare check around 7:08 a.m., East Lampeter Township police discovered both individuals with fatal gunshot wounds to the head.
The Lancaster County Coroner's Office determined that Sellers' death was a homicide, while Heagy's was a suicide, indicating that Heagy fatally shot Sellers
before taking his own life. The couple resided on the third floor of a family member's home.
Ann Sellers was known for her free-spirited nature, with passions for camping and fishing. She was employed at Fishers Homestyle Salads in Lancaster and was a beloved member of the community. Her passing elicited heartfelt tributes from friends and family, reflecting the deep impact she had on those around her.
