Kelly Pendleton, a 37-year-old woman from Monessen, PA, tragically lost her life on November 17, 2014. She was fatally shot by her husband, Robert Pendleton, 36, in what authorities confirmed was a murder-suicide. The incident occurred at the home of Kelly's brother, Thomas Brookes, on Alexander Avenue. Robert Pendleton, armed with a pistol, forced his way into the residence and shot Kelly multiple times in the abdomen and extremities before turning the gun on himself.
