Tina Louise Shelton, a 37-year-old woman from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost her life on March 9, 2016, during a mass shooting in Wilkinsburg. The incident occurred at a backyard barbecue at Brittany Powell's home on Franklin Avenue.
