Sarah Wolfe, a 38-year-old white female psychiatrist at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Oakland, was tragically murdered on February 6, 2014, in her East Liberty home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her sister, Susan Wolfe, aged 44, was also killed in the same incident. The sisters were found shot in the head in the basement of their Chislett Street home, and their bodies were doused with bleach and laundry detergent.
