Victoria Ann Schultz, a 21-year-old woman from Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on November 24, 2017. She was the daughter of John M. Schultz and the late Beth Ann Schultz. Victoria was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills and worked at Target in State College as well as part-time at the Penn Stater Hotel. She was a 2014 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School and had attended Mount Aloysius College in Cresson.
