Lazarious DeAngelo Harrell, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2017, in Mesquite, Texas. He was one of two victims found shot to death at Shands Park around 11:15 p.m. The incident was part of an ongoing dispute rather than a random act of violence.
