Chanel Silk Palmer, a 31-year-old woman from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost her life on December 28, 2022. She was found fatally shot inside a car in Swissvale, a suburb of Pittsburgh. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on December 27, 2022, when Chanel and an unidentified man were discovered shot in the 2200 block of Hawthorne Avenue.
