Ruby Mercado, a 27-year-old woman from York, PA, tragically lost her life on August 29, 2015. She was shot six times by her ex-boyfriend, Kameron Orr, as she sat in her minivan on North Hartley Street. Mercado, who was about to start a new job and was the mother of two young children, was found dead inside her vehicle, which was parked askew with the engine running and lights on.
