On the afternoon of Sunday, December 21, 2025, a violent incident unfolded in the Pleasant Grove area of Southeast Dallas, Texas, claiming the life of a promising young athlete. Officers from the Dallas Police Department were dispatched around 4:15 p.m. to the 100 block of South Murdeaux Lane following reports of a shooting.
