Cleve Wright Sr, a 45-year-old man was shot and killed in Wilmington, Delaware, on the night of Sunday, November 23, 2025. According to local coverage, Wilmington police were dispatched at about 9 p.m. to the area of East 23rd and Carter Streets, in the city’s Price Run neighborhood, for reports of a shooting.
