On a Tuesday afternoon, the life of 19-year-old Black / African American male Marquice Houston was cut short by gunfire in Wilmington, Delaware. The shooting occurred around 2:30 p.m. on September 9, 2014, in the 2900 block of West Street. Houston, who resided in the 200 block of West 29th Street, was struck by at least one bullet.
