In the late hours of a Saturday night in March 2016, the life of 22-year-old James Mitchell of Buffalo, New York, was tragically cut short. On March 5th, in the 300 block of Weston Avenue, gunshots shattered the evening quiet. Mitchell was struck by the gunfire outside of a neighborhood store.
