A Halloween night party in Kingsville, Texas, turned tragic, ending the life of 18-year-old Katelynn Villarreal. The young woman died from a gunshot wound to the head during a small gathering on the 300 block of West Kenedy Avenue on what was supposed to be a festive evening.
