In the early morning hours of September 18, 2016, the life of 32-year-old Nigel Fisher, a Black male, was tragically cut short on Norfolk Avenue in Buffalo, New York. Responding to a call, police discovered Fisher with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
