On January 5, 2023, at approximately 10:39 a.m., 37-year-old Jermaine Marshawn Underwood was fatally shot on the 900 block of Kensington Avenue near Olympic Avenue in Buffalo, New York. A second victim, a 31-year-old male, sustained leg injuries and was treated at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC).
